In my approach to psychotherapy, I draw from over twenty years of training in a variety of modalities, including psychodynamic, somatic (body oriented therapy), cognitive/behavioral work, expressive arts, holistic and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I work closely with you to best match the method of treatment to a shared understanding of what will prove most effective in your healing process.

I work with adults, adolescents, and couples and offer therapy sessions Monday through Friday. Payment can be handled on an out of pocket basis or through many types of health insurance as either an out-of-network or in-network provider.
